At DeerHui Secret, we are dedicated to delivering our carefully crafted pieces safely and efficiently to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
All garments at DeerHui Secret are made-to-order or subject to rigorous quality inspection before dispatch.
- Made-to-Order items: Please allow 7 business days for production before shipment.
- In-stock items: Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation.
You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched, along with your tracking information.
2. Shipping Carriers
All standard orders are shipped via 4PX Worldwide Express, a premium international logistics carrier. 4PX provides reliable tracked shipping with end-to-end visibility. Final delivery in the United States is handled by USPS.
Express Shipping

3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times below are calculated from the date of dispatch and are provided as a guideline. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Total estimated time from order to delivery = Production/Processing Time + Shipping Time.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping on all orders over $100 USD.
- A flat shipping fee of $15 USD applies to orders below $100 USD.
- Express Shipping (DHL): $100 USD flat rate — contact us to arrange.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the 4PX website or through the tracking link provided.
6. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
DeerHui Secret is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
7. Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control including customs clearance, weather, or carrier disruptions. If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will liaise with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
